Shipping and Returns
Full money back refunds (minus shipping) will be granted for items in unopened, unused, condition in the original packaging within 30 days of goods received. Please initiate the return process by clicking HERE and sending us a brief message detailing the reason for request of a return. In the first line, please type “RETURN” and provide us with your order number so that we may expedite the process (ex: RETURN – MB0001). Failure to do so may result in delayed processing and return.
If your product is damaged or defective, we will issue an exchange of item or refund (minus shipping) within 30 days. We require you to first send us a picture showing the damage and upon inspection we will notify you whether or not it fits our criteria for replacement. Buyer pays shipping. We reserve the right to reject any return that does not fit our criteria. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if it has been over 30 days since product was delivered or evidence of damage due to regular use or in any way caused by the customer.
REFUNDS ON ITEMS IN TRANSIT
We will not issue refunds for items that are in transit. We will only issue refunds for items that have not yet shipped and can be cancelled before they ship. We will issue refunds for customers requesting a refund for items in transit once the items have been successfully delivered to the customer and returned to MangoBug.
REFUNDS FOR ITEMS WITH OPEN CHARGEBACKS/CLAIMS
We do not process refunds or returns on orders with an open chargeback or claim filed. Once a resolution has been made and received regarding the chargeback or claim, a return and refund can be issued. We reserve the right to deny a return and refund on any order that has had a chargeback or claim filed on it.

MangoBug has a US address, please do not return items to sender.
Please include in the return box your order number and the reason for the return so that the store credit or a refund can be properly applied to you or your account.
Buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. This includes domestic as well as international customers. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the original cost of shipping will be deducted from your credit. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchase shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Depending on where you live, the time it will take for your replacement product to reach you may vary.
NO REFUNDS (AFTER 30 DAYS RECEIVED PARCEL)
We do not accept returns or exchanges after the 30 day received parcel has expired.
No refunds for gift card purchases. Items exchanged or refunded will be credited back to the gift card.
